This website is owned and operated by Le Tour Wine, INC., a U.S.-based company providing premium non-alcoholic wines. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Le Tour Wine, INC. The term “you” refers to the customer or user of our website. 

2. Eligibility 

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. 

3. Products and Orders 

We sell non-alcoholic wines intended for personal use. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or misuse. 

4. Pricing and Payments 

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely via third-party payment providers. 

5. Shipping and Delivery 

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Delivery timeframes vary by location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier issues or weather disruptions. 

6. Returns and Refunds 

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: 
- Items must be unopened and in original condition. 
- You must contact us at hello@letourwines.com before sending your return. 
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. 
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

7. Product Descriptions 

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, product images, or other content are error-free. Slight variations in flavor or appearance may occur. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Tour Wine, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this site or our products.
