Return Policy

At Le Tour, we want you to love your experience. Because our wines are consumable goods, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@letourwine.com and we’ll make it right.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know right away if:

  • A bottle was damaged in transit

  • Items are missing from your order

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • All wine purchases (final sale)

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items


Exchanges

We do not process traditional exchanges for wine. If something is wrong with your order, reach out to us and our team will provide the best available solution.


Refunds

If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at info@letourwine.com.
